Third Party Ad Serving
Tucows is capable of serving Third Party creative.
Third Party campaigns usually result in an approximate impression
discrepancy of 10%. This is due to multiple Ad Serving technologies and
the differences in what constitutes an impression. Tucows uses
DoubleClick's AdServer 4.0, which counts an impression when a request
for an ad occurs.
Due to this potential discrepancy, Tucows schedules all Third Party campaigns to over serve by 10%.

Tucows Central Serving
Tucows is capable of centrally serving creative.
Due to the structure of Tucows' network, centrally served
creative cannot be implemented until one day after
receipt.
This delay is imperative to Tucows' network. With 1000+
affiliates around the world, our content is mirrored on a daily basis.
To ensure efficient upload time for Tucows users, centrally served ads
are mirrored with this content and the creative is served from the
local affiliate.
